Presentations

The duration of the lectures will be 45 min + 15 min Q&A; and the duration of the seminar talks – 25 min + 5 min Q&A.

The presentations of the ASI students will be divided according to their topics into three poster sessions which will take place in the afternoons
and will consist of those two parts:

Short oral presentation (5 min)

Please, use the time to introduce the scientific problem you are working on and to attract the attention of the audience to your poster, rather than to try to summarize all your results in 5 min, it means max. 4-5 slides per presentation.

Presentation format
The standard format of the projectors in the meeting rooms will be 16:9 (widescreen).
The default slide size in PowerPoint 2013 and later is widescreen (16:9), for earlier versions of PowerPoint it may be necessary to change this manually. Please note that only abstracts for which the presenting author has registered for the conference will be included in the programme, and the registration deadline is 28 July.
